| This is a super bench for the price. It has 4 different height adjustable positions and each leg can be either folded or reclined to a different angle to further incline or decline this bench. Also both legs can be folded to make a great floor bench for floor presses as well or to simply be tucked away until your next workout. This is a great product that came already put together right out of the box. If all of best fitness's products are of this quality then they've got a new full time customer.:) |

| This is a small bench and low to the ground. I am 5'10" 170lb and my son is 6'2" 222lb and we both use it easily, so the smallness is an asset for our limited area but the size does not limit any exercises. We use dumbbells a lot and this bench is perfect for those exercises. Easily adjusts in seconds and is sturdily built. We already have a bench that is attached to our weight machine and I thought this new bench would get limited use but its portability/movability and its ease of adjustment have made it our main bench. We also put the back at a high angle and use it for dumbbell preacher curls. Extremely happy we got it! |

As usual, Amazon's shipping is unrivaled. The bench was delivered in great condition and was very easy to set up. Supplied are clamps and nuts/bolts. You can use the clamps for easy dismantling and storing or nuts/bolts for a permanent fixture. The bench has 4 different positions from flat to incline and i think can be adjusted to multiple other positions if you play around with the legs. overall i'm one of those consumers who researches products for months and reads reviews extensively. if you're one of those customers, then this bench is the one to get. the price is just right--won't hit your wallet and does not take up much floor space
The leather is soft and comfortable, keeps moisture/sweat from seeping in--so you won't have a smelly workbench.
The bench is long enough for tall people as well and is very sturdy--made out of good quality materials. you can also check out bestfitness's website for extra accessories for your bench or w/e
for those of you who need some exercise tips, check out trainwithmeonline.com for free videos, guides, routines, etc I don't work for that site, just stumbled on it and thought i'd share with the community. cheers |

Quite a gem of a bench for the price and its versatility.
It is not often you find a bench for your home that has decline. Most home benches are just flat and 3-4 incline positions. However, this bench covers it all except for has the supports for barbells.
You can certainly use a barbell with its own weight or some plates but it would be recommended to have a spotter/workout partner being you would have to either drop the weight behind your head which could be dangerous or hand it off to a person capable of handling that weight.
Remember you can get a full workout just using dumbells so this bench is a great platform to do many exercises with dumbells.
*A dozen or so starting positions ranging from 10 degrees to 70 degrees for incline, decline and flat bench routines
*No assembly required!
*Safety pins and bolts allow for easy adjustments, disassembly or permanent set up.
*Heavy duty steel construction, weighs in the 60+ pound range
Supports up to 350lbs.
*Easy break down for storage under a bed or in the closet
*This bench replaces the 2-3 that you would have to use in a gym for the same style dumbbell exercises.
*19W, 44H, and 55L.
You can add other attachments offered by the same vendor (leg), however, you can easily just use the dumbells to do squats and lunges that will effectively build the legs and actually safer then a leg extension anyway.
It comes in the box assembled for you and easy instructions to set it up for your various exercises
This truly is a great bench that really saves on space and cost that will benefit you all around and in the comfort of home, no crowds, no waiting, on your schedule and easy to put away or leave assembled.

The Transformer Bench

It took me a couple days to find a bench that could fit my needs and this is definitely it. I had an old bench that I needed to replace due to limited space in my apartment and this bench is perfect. Has decline/incline, it's very sturdy, comfortable padding, and is so compact. Very easy to move from position to position. I even went so far and blogged about it:

I'm 5/10 and about 175 pounds. I have no issues with the surface padding area. Get this bench!
